By accessing or using budssoap.com, or placing an order with Buds Soap Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Descriptions
Buds Soap Co. strives to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. All products are handcrafted in small batches, and minor variations may occur. We do not guarantee that the colors, scents, or textures will be identical for every bar.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website using Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. Buds Soap Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photo evidence. Replacement is at the discretion of Buds Soap Co.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $55.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location. Buds Soap Co. is not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buds Soap Co., its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or products, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on budssoap.com, including logos, images, text, and design, is owned by Buds Soap Co. or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit written consent.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.

Buds Soap Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers
Buds Soap Co. ships via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may depend on the shipping method chosen and delivery location.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Domestic orders over $55 qualify for free shipping.

  • Shipping rates for orders under $55 will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Buds Soap Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Buds Soap Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Shipping
At this time, Buds Soap Co. only ships within the United States.
