No Returns / Final Sale

All purchases from Buds Soap Co. are considered final sale. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch soaps, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your order is correct before submitting. This includes selecting the correct products, quantities, and shipping information. Buds Soap Co. is not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Free domestic shipping applies to orders over $55.

  • Shipping carriers include USPS and UPS.

Loyalty & Rewards Program

If an order is canceled, refunded, or deemed invalid, any loyalty points earned from that order will be removed from the customer’s account. Points cannot be restored or transferred in such cases.
