All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Buds Soap Co. ships via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may depend on the shipping method chosen and delivery location.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Domestic orders over $55 qualify for free shipping.

  • Shipping rates for orders under $55 will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Buds Soap Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Buds Soap Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Loyalty & Rewards Points

Loyalty points are earned only on successfully shipped and completed orders. Orders that are canceled, refunded, or undeliverable will not qualify for points.

At this time, Buds Soap Co. only ships within the United States.
