1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using budssoap.com, or placing an order with Buds Soap Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Products & Descriptions
All Buds Soap Co. products are handcrafted in small batches.
Minor variations in size, color, scent, or texture may occur.
Product descriptions and pricing are kept as accurate as possible, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed through our website using Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Buds Soap Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, with photo evidence. Replacement is at the discretion of Buds Soap Co.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Domestic orders over $55 qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $55 will be charged shipping at checkout.
Carriers include USPS and UPS.
Buds Soap Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
6. Loyalty & Rewards Program
Participation in the rewards program is voluntary.
Customers earn points based on purchases, as displayed on the website.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Points may expire after a set timeframe (currently 90 days unless otherwise stated).
If an order is canceled, refunded, or deemed invalid, all points earned from that order will be removed.
Buds Soap Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buds Soap Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or products, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on budssoap.com, including text, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Buds Soap Co. or its licensors. No content may be reproduced or reused without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
10. Modifications
Buds Soap Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
